| Do you see twins? |
A few days before Christmas I found out I was pregnant. Eger
to make sure everything is okay (Given my medical history of high risk
pregnancy) I call to make an appointment with my OBGYN. The soonest my OBGYN
could see me was January 4th. I was scared and anxious to find out
how far along I was, and to make sure everything was okay.
The 4th comes; due to insurance issues I was
unable to get an ultrasound right away. Based on my last menstrual cycle my
doctor stated that I was 7 weeks and 2 days and my due date was August 9th.
My next appointment was a week later, January 11th. At the second appointment, my doctor stated
that I was 6 weeks and 1 day and my new due date is September 4th.
He also stated that I am expecting twins. To my surprise another risk, to add
to my high-risk pregnancy issues.
Not only was I stressing about being a High-Risk pregnancy,
I was also stressing about having twins. Two more babies? After my daughter grew
out of her baby stuff I sold what I could to get by. It hit me on the ride
home, we have no baby stuff, and now we have to get double! So I decided I was
going to dedicate part of my blog to finding freebies for expecting mothers,
and babies, twins and more. Finding some of the greatest discounts and programs
out there, and ways for low-income families to support their babies.
It is hard enough growing a child and taking care of yourself
while your pregnant, then to add the stress of how you are going to provide for
your children.
