Book Review: Overcoming Anxiety, Worry, and Fear by Gregory L. Jantz, PhD and Ann McMurray


Anxiety, Worry, and Fear can sometimes rule our lives. Without motivation and total control and commitment anxiety, worry and fear is unmanageable. Some individuals struggle with these issues more then others, and they can become life changing if not life paralyzing. These feelings can take away many of life's pleasures. 

In the book Overcoming Anxiety, Worry, and Fear by Gregory L. Jantz, PhD and Ann McMurray; they address the different anxiety disorders, and the reasoning behind the worry and fear and how to cope with these feelings. Anxiety, worry, and fear are part of everyday, and understanding these feelings can help one overcome these feelings where they are not fearful and paralyzing. 



This book can help those who suffer from anxiety, worries, and fear. The author helps the reader understand the meanings behind these feelings and some ways to deal with them. This is truly a good box for anyone who suffer from these feelings, it is also a good read for anyone to read, so they can understand why some people feel this way. To me this book was important for me and my husband to read. I occasionally suffer with anxiety and my husband with anxiety, fear and depression. Reading this box helped understand his feelings and my own.
