The Maternity Belt that Saved my Pregnancy

About a month ago I had an appointment at the High Risk doctor’s office to receive a ultrasound. The ultrasound was a checkup to make sure everything was okay; to measure baby’s growth, and to find out the sex. The appointment was rather long, but we got to see our baby girl (hint it’s a girl) and we got lots of pictures. The baby was great, moving around, measured at what she was supposed to be, and everything was good, until it was time to get up. My back hurt so bad I couldn’t move. I was in so much pain I wanted to cry right then and there. Right in front of the ultrasound technician.

After some time of slowly moving, the pain decreased enough so I could get up, but when I got up my right abdominal area all the way to my groin area started to hurt. This pain was also so bad that I couldn’t move. I was bent over, holding my tummy almost like I was going into labor. When I talked to the doctor she told me that this was a symptom of pregnancy, since this was my 3rd full term pregnancy and due to my muscle disease. Prior to this appointment, I was experiencing mild cramps and back pain, I have mentioned it to my doctors but no one thought anything of it. They told me due to my muscle disease Myasthenia Gravis, I would have to get a belly band for support of my abdominal area and back. They told me this would help with the pain, or at least decrease it.

Not long after my appointment I received a Kre8me Maternity Belt for Back Support During Pregnancy, Breathable Cotton and Spandex, One-Size-Fits-All, Nude, Hand Washable Maternity Belly Belt  and the 1 Maternity Belt for Pregnant Moms, Must Have Maternity Clothing, Premium Cotton Abdominal Binder for Lower Back Pain, Comfy Post Pregnancy Support Wrap, Belly Band that's a Great Postpartum Girdle review, these two maternity belt helped out more then I thought they would. I wore these belts for the rest of my pregnancy. I noticed that the pains in my back and in my abdominal area decreased. I am able to walk around straight up, rather then bent over because of pain. Both Maternity Belt are comfortable to wear; you can wear them over clothes or under clothes. When I am home I wear it over my clothes, unless I have company over. When I am out and about, I wear them under my clothes. The material is soft enough to even wear under your underwear (depending on what type of underwear you are wearing). The only thing that bothered me a little is having to remove the belts to use the restroom, or adjust it after sitting down, other then that I absolutely love the These Maternity Belts. I do not know where I would be without these maternity belts. Every day that I wore it, I am so thankful that I had it. Having these maternity belts from Kre8me and Wuju Fitness has set back my bed rest date, so I am able to get ready for baby.

If you are experiencing back pain, abdominal discomfort, pain, or if you are high risk I highly recommend using the Kre8me Maternity Belt or the Wuji Fitness Maternity Belt. I also recommend a pregnancy pillow and pregnancy wedge pillow to sleep with. If you have any questions, concerns, or advice please leave a comment. I would love to hear how a maternity belt has helped you or other ways you found comfort in your pregnancy. #Kre8meMaternityBelt #WujuFitness
